Dr. Jennifer Murdoch, PhD
Principal - Interprofessional Collaboration Lead
Dr. Jennifer Murdoch, RN, RM, PhD is a leader in interprofessional collaboration and organizational optimization. Drawing on her clinical background as a registered nurse and registered midwife, Jennifer has worked across government, private organizations, and not for profit sectors to strengthen team work, align governance, and enhance and optimize workforce capacity. As an experienced interprofessional collaborator and health system leader, she has led health systems research that engages patients, providers, and others, to realize and deliver sustainable improvements in team-based care, coordination, and organizational resilience.

Robert Howie
Principal - Health Workforce & Operations
Robert Howie is a nationally recognized health workforce strategist and operations leader whose work sits at the intersection of analytics, system transformation, and human-centered healthcare design. He brings a rare blend of business acumen, systems thinking, and deep expertise in workforce planning, forecasting, and organizational optimization. Rob is known for translating complex health workforce challenges into clear, actionable strategies that strengthen resource allocation, elevate provider performance, and improve operational stability. His leadership has shaped high-stakes initiatives across Canada, where he has consistently leveraged intelligent system architecture, advanced analytics, and evidence-informed decision frameworks to drive sustainable, measurable improvements in health workforce capacity, recruitment optimization, and service delivery. His work is defined by rigor, clarity, and a commitment to building resilient healthcare systems equipped to meet both current and emerging demands.

Dr. Ken Bucholtz, MD
Lead Clinical Advisor
Dr. Ken Buchholz, MD, CCFP, FCFP is a Family Physician in Nova Scotia with over 40 years of combined frontline, clinical, and leadership experience. A pioneer in Community Paramedicine, Ken has held several senior roles with the UN, Nova Scotia Health, and Medavie EMS while championing health system change. He's a faculty preceptor at Dalhousie University and a Peer Reviewer with CPSNS. Passionate about health through fitness, he holds a 4th Dan Black Belt and serves on several community and health boards.

Dr. Caroline King, PhD
Epidemiologist & Health Systems Scientist
Epidemiologist and health systems scientist with expertise in quasi-experimental methods, biostatistical consulting, and pragmatic evaluation design. Her work spans clinical trial pilots, multi-site randomized trials, and province-wide evaluations across acute, community, and long-term care settings, integrating epidemiologic rigor with implementation science.

Mark Embrett, PhD
Senior Advisor, Implementation Science
Leader in implementation and evaluative sciences helping health systems turn evidence into practice. Provides strategic evidence support to organizations including WHO, UN, and CIHR, and teaches graduate courses in program evaluation and health system policy at Dalhousie University.
